Service Coverage    
 

Currently, our shipping services are available only within India. While we do not yet support international shipping, we are actively exploring options to expand our logistics network and offer worldwide delivery in the future.    
 

Order Handling Time    
 

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive an email with important information, including your order summary and estimated delivery window.    
 

Estimated Delivery Period    
 

Standard deliveries usually take between 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location. We strive to dispatch your order swiftly and work diligently to minimize any unexpected delays.    
 

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts    
 

If your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, absence of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, our courier will attempt to deliver it two more times. After three failed attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. If you request a re-dispatch, additional delivery fees may be charged.    
 

Damaged or Missing Parcels    
 

We pack every order with care to avoid damage during shipping. If your parcel arrives damaged, contact our support team within 48 hours and include clear photos of the issue.    
 

For lost shipments, we will liaise with the courier service to conduct a detailed investigation. Depending on the outcome, we will offer an appropriate solution—either a full refund or a replacement product.    
 

Special Delivery Guidelines    
 

Certain products, such as oversized garments, delicate items, or premium selections, may require specific shipping procedures. These conditions will be stated clearly on individual product pages to inform you ahead of purchase.
